When will my order be delivered?
orders will arrive within 2-5 business days after your order is placed via regular ground fedex/usps, unless we inform you otherwise on our website or by email.

How do i track my order?
we’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped (if you provided an email address with your order). if you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at support@noozmints.com.

What if my package didn't arrive?
please email us at support@noozmints.com. We’ll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that we are not responsible for any errors in the order or the address provided which result in our shipping company not being able to deliver the order.damages & refunds.

What do i do if my shipment arrives damaged?
please email us at support@noozmints.com with a photo of the damage, showing the tins/doypacks are unusable, and we will ship you replacement product free of charge.

What do i do if i want a refund?
in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with NOOZ, please email us at support@noozmints.com within 30 days of receiving your package and we will refund your purchase.Some tips: We highly encourage ordering a variety pack first to find your fave flavor. Reach out to our team at support@noozmints.com, and we’ll be there for you!Our warehouse team processes and packages orders Monday-Friday to make sure you’re never far from your NOOZ! We ship via FedEx/Usps, and your NOOZ will ship free for orders of $35 of more anywhere in the continental U.S
