Has anyone else's dentist gone on and on about the benefits of xylitol? Like I've literally left the dentist's office with candy because it has xylitol in it. You should research what works best for you, but I like when I have candy options that are not only sugar free, but can actually be beneficial for teeth. These mints are great. Tasty mint flavor that is mild and sweet, decent length of time dissolving (although I eventually bite into mine). The little travel container is nice, but I hope they eventually offer a "refill" option without the container. It looks like they have other flavors and I'm kind of leaning towards getting those as well.
And because I feel compelled to always list this warning - keep xylitol products away from dogs!

I figured I wanted to try a new form of mint that is healthier than the ones I have used. I have opted to use others that do not use non-digestible sweeteners and use fondant sugar which to be honest tastes pretty great. These do not have any sugar, although they are not bitter or unpleasant tasting. There is just a plain minty-ness to them. They are effective at changing breathes but don't think of them as intensely flavored. They retain their wafer shape when dissolving in the mouth which is different than some other mints.
Myself and my two kids all enjoy these mints. They have a pleasant and mild mint flavor that doesn't overwhelm. Many strong mint products make me sneeze, but these do not. The mint doesn't dissolve too quickly, and it dissolves in a uniform way (you know, not like those striped mints that get sharp parts on them). They're very smooth and crunchy. I also appreciate the small metal container for carrying them, which can be refilled from the larger bag. Very environmentally friendly vs constantly throwing away tins or plastic containers.
