I appreciate that this refill bag came with a nice metal tin for the mints to go in, although my tin didn't have any facts on the back, only the embossed name on the front. It also doesn't come with a protective paper lining, which isn't a big deal I just use a bit of paper towel to line it from getting dusty. The mints are a light tangy citrus flavor with no mintiness. They don't really melt or crumble that easily and stay pretty hard, compared to an altoids mint for example, and is more like a hard candy that you would leave and suck on until it gets real small enough to crush. I like the concept of these mints but for vitamin mints, I was hoping these would have more than just vitamin C, B6 & 12. I don't notice much of a difference taking these, aside from them just being a guilt-free mint that I can take throughout the day. I do like the larger count bag, so we'll see how they go the more I take them.
I love candies that offer more than just sweetness! These taste great without leaving that sugary film on the tongue like some artificial sweeteners do. They have a refreshing fruity mint flavor with a hint of lemon and orange. Plus, the packaging is adorable—the compact tin is perfect for tossing in your purse for on-the-go vitamins!
The vitamin mints came in perfect condition and include a resealable bag and a small tin. The tin opens easily, but feels secure when closed. It's made of metal and has the description and directions printed on it. The mints aren't tiny and last for a while (though they're not especially hard so I didn't feel I would damage my teeth if I bit down on them). The tangerine taste is dominant, but there's an undercurrent of lemon. I didn't taste any mint. It smells like citrus. There are directions on how many to take per day (as there are vitamins in these mints), and they're not overly restrictive. I put the tin in my purse and haven't had any issues so far.
These vitamin mints are refreshing and fruity; they remind me a little of Ice Breakers. It comes with the tin plus a refill bag which is handy and will last a while. Vitamin levels aren't as high as a supplement would be but it gives a nice extra boost if you don't already have this included with your multivitamin. My only negative is the price is a bit high for a low amount of vitamin included but other wise it's great!
